Well, finally we get here!  A slight detour to deal with me being a dipstick and to clear the decks! Now for the Image of the Month for September we are back t onormal (for certain values of normal .. ;))  I had forgotten just how amazingly hard it is to pick just five images out of the monthly submissions.  What I do is go back through the gallery and open a possible in a new tab.  By the 3rd page of the gallery my broswer was awash with open tabs, enough so that only the dA icon and the initial letter if the image were visible!  And that was the easy part!!!  Pruning them down further from there was bordering on painful.  But, needs must and I am sure (I KNOW!) there are at least another 5, 10, 15 ... images worthy of inclusion and if I went back to do it again the wind might be in a different direction so I might choose a different one or two .. ;)
